The original Looperlative was prized by serious loopers but financially out of reach of most players. The LP2 is priced for players with smaller wallets, but to make them the company needs to sell 200 in a Kickstarter program. Looperlative loopers do things you won’t find on any other looper, so if you want to get in on the ground floor, here is your chance. Check out their YouTube site for more videos.
This is a great unit. Always been a fan of it. But, that Kickstarter is not gonna make the goal without a proper proposal video. Without it would need a really supportive fanbase, which if they had one – they wouldn’t need crowd funding and this would have been backed already.
Unfortunately I agree
hey Chris and Michael, there are a bunch of new changes in store for the Looperlative LP-2 , including a multiply function, user customize-able templates for the two effects switches, more comprehensive midi control, and a doubling of the sampling rate, I have the latest prototype in hand and will be both beta testing it and shooting some new videos featuring the changes, Thanks for the good advice, I will pass it along to Bob the designer.
Thanks
Bill
Hey Bill – we both want to see it succeed. It is in good hands if you are doing the demos
Thanks Michael, until I get some more vids for the redesign, here is something from a year or so ago using both 8th and 16th note rhythmic replace to build the improvisation, I neglected to use rolling text on this demo but it does showcase this rhythmic replace effect unique to pedal loopers, enjoy!
