Good news for fans of hardware looping: there is a new kid on the block. The company Glou-Glou has released the Loupé: Creative Looper & Delay pedal. Loupé is a 48kHz/24-bit Stereo looper with nine assignable switches that can be controlled with hands and feet. The functions control how and when recorded takes place, how and when playback occurs, and what effects will be applied to the loop. You can save combinations of switch assignments into presets called “Games.”
